We were tasked with creating a logo that was business like yet captured the essence of the clown. What I did was take the patent red clown nose and hospital icon and make them one. Instead of the regular highlight on the clown nose I put the hospital icon as the highlight.
I still wanted to keep the fun of the clown but give it the respect of a professional business logo. We were also tasked with creating a name for the business. One of the options we came up with was “Best Medicine”. This is what the end product came to be.
My class was like a design firm where we would work with real clients side by side to help them with their company or business. Here we helped a client who would go to hospitals as clowns to spread happiness and joy to those in need.
